The Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM) program office is a congressionally mandated organization subject to legislation such as the annual National Defense Authorization Act, the annual spending bill and other legislation governing the federal health care information technology enterprise.

The FEHRM submits several reports to Congress as mandated by legislation. Submitted reports are listed below.
